Your Role: Student Maintainer · Field Builder · Capability Explorer
This is not a studio advertisement.
This photo shows the real field origin of BagSpace: a temporary exhibition setting, a Route 272K bus-stop anchor, Innospire smart glasses, a black capability backpack, recycled-material product stories, local materials, and a booth built under real constraints.
Four of the five current student Runtime members directly participated in arranging and building this booth.
Among you, most were not just visitors. You helped prepare the space, arrange the objects, support the booth, and experience what it means to stand as exhibitor representatives for the first time.
This matters because BagSpace is not only an idea. You have already touched its first real version.
BagSpace is not only about designing a bag.
It is about turning your own learning, work and living problems into portable capability spaces.
It is about your desk, your hostel, your phone, your cables, your lighting, your online class setup, your tools, your small room, and your future evidence.
Your work can become visible evidence for your future job, study, interview, portfolio, startup application or funding discussion.

HKSAR Government Press Release — Smart Traffic Fund / Smart Mobility / InnoEX / AI Smart Glasses
This public page records a Hong Kong Smart Mobility context, including Smart Traffic Fund, InnoEX / Smart Hong Kong Pavilion, digital technology and AI in traffic and transport solutions, and smart glasses assisting persons with visual impairment.
Important boundary: This does not mean BagSpace is government-certified. It means BagSpace extends a public Smart Mobility direction into student learning, work and living spaces.
Innospire smart glasses began with object detection and AI navigation.
BagSpace asks a further question:
If AI can detect an object, can it also detect hidden capability?
A bus-stop sign, a backpack, a cable, a broken computer, a display, a wooden board, a tool, a student desk, a kitchen corner, a toilet corner or a small room can all become a touchpoint.
Object ↓ Touchpoint ↓ Context ↓ AI Navigation ↓ Capability Link ↓ Capability Passport ↓ Capability Container ↓ Continuity
You helped turn a small temporary booth into a richer learning and product environment.
You saw that:
This is why your participation matters.
You are not starting from zero. You have already joined the first real field version.
Hong Kong space is small, expensive and highly constrained.
A student may not have a proper desk.
A phone may need to be held up by wood just to attend an online class.
A small room may need to become a bedroom, classroom, office, storage area and creative lab at the same time.
So BagSpace is not only about products. It is about increasing capability density inside small spaces.
BagSpace sells capability density.
Kwun Tong has many hidden materials and tools:
Other people may see waste. We see local capability.
Your job is to discover, photograph, describe, classify and redesign these materials into useful capability spaces.
For online classes, study, AI learning and small-room learning setup.
For mobile work, internship, exhibition, project demo and AI workflow.
For USB-C power, low-voltage devices, adaptors and cable mapping.
For 736 / Ubuntu / local compute node experiments.
For simple repair, tools, RFID/NFC, and asset tracking.
For small-room, kitchen, toilet and hygiene support. Low-risk first.
Find 10 real objects, materials, tools, power items or space problems.
cable adaptor battery screen old wood tool old device storage part toilet object kitchen object desk object
For each object, record:
Classify objects into:
Build one small improvement for your own learning, work or living space.
Example:
Before: Phone leaning on wood for online class. After: StudySpace in a Bag V1: phone stand + USB-C light + cable management + NFC guide.
Write what you built, why it matters, what problem it solves, and what you learned.
Put your files into:

Admin can publish reviewed materials to your Evidence page.
Explain your BagSpace idea to another student. Invite them to contribute.
Your Runtime already has an Evidence page:
https://nicholas90.homelinked.tech/evidence/
Your evidence can include:
This is much stronger than saying “I joined an internship.”
You do not all need to do the same thing.
Different backgrounds are useful. Design, AI, business, hardware, writing, photography, repair, research and communication all matter.
By joining BagSpace, you can prove:
First stage is low-risk only.
You are capable of doing this.
You already helped build the first real scene.
You do not need to build a perfect product immediately.
Start from your own space.
Start from one cable, one adaptor, one tool, one phone stand, one small problem.
Use AI.
Use local materials.
Document everything.
Publish evidence.
Bring your friends.
Design your own learning, work and living space.
Put it in a bag.
Prove it with evidence.
