AI tools produce fluent text fast — but they invent facts, misattribute sources, and miss local context. This service is the human verification layer: I review the output against sources, flag and classify errors, and hand back a corrected version plus a documented evidence bundle that proves the check was done.

What's included
- Fact & citation check — claims compared to sources; hallucinations flagged and classified.

- Evidence bundle — a JSONL log of what was checked and found, plus a short written summary.
