Core question:

Can a first-time visitor understand what to do without already knowing our company?

In simple words:

Review the whole website from an international first-time visitor perspective, simplify English, test mobile journey, prepare opening question and group activity instructions.

Tuesday responsibility: Host or co-host Scene 1 and the group challenge.

• A new visitor understands the purpose within three minutes.
• All buttons and instructions are understandable in English.
• The mobile journey has been tested without verbal help.
• The group challenge can be explained in less than one minute.
• Visitor-testing note is completed: clear, confusing, removed, still needs host explanation.

Wait once.
Do not troubleshoot publicly for a long time.
Switch to Replay within 20 seconds.
Continue the story.

Use the human observation first.
Open the approved replay result.
Ask what AI may have missed.
Continue.

Give one simple example.
Ask about space, language, transport or people.
Do not pressure individual students to speak publicly.

I am a student from City University of Hong Kong.
In this project, I helped make the TapPort experience understandable to a first-time international visitor.
The next thing we still need to learn is whether visitors want to open the URL again after leaving the place.
